Amy Accinelli, CLC

Feeling overwhelmed is no fun. Whether you’re have feelings of anxiety, confusion, loneliness, and/or loss, you may feel isolated and unsure of the next logical step.

I can help guide you in discovering the roots of your behavior patterns and subconscious beliefs. Rather than be regulated by what is currently outside of your awareness, my goal is to help you gain greater perspective, and to harness the wisdom and power that is in you. You are not alone. I am here to help. Change is possible.

I began in this field after seeking to understand the pain and struggles within my own life and relationships, and found a devotion in helping others. I am a fervent proponent of somatic education, emotional literacy, and the societal understanding of the cultural and generational effects of all forms of violence, neglect, and abandonment. I also hold a bachelor’s in Liberal Studies from California State University, Sacramento, and a former 5th grade teacher.

Having done, and continuing, my own personal work, enables me to be effective when working with clients. If you suffer with overwhelm, codependency, relational problems, stress, anxiety, or family of origin issues, I can help. There is hope for resolution.

On a personal note, I am Connecticut born, and now live in Northern California. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, bodysurfing, writing, and etymology.

I am available via Skype, FaceTime, or phone. To schedule an appointment with me click the “Contact Us” or email or call/text 256-497-4790.
